SPAINTVNEWS is a service run by Reportarte that provides foreign correspondents and video journalists a working space in Madrid with convenient facilities and assistance. It  is headquartered in the Paseo de la Florida, close to Principe Pio train station and shopping centre. It is an ideal location for news work: close to the Spanish Congress, Senate, Office of the Prime Minister and the headquarters of Spain’s leading political parties PSOE and PP. From Metro line 10, which is 300 meters from our headquarters, you can reach Nuevos Ministerios and the airport metro line in just five stops.  The Santiago Bernabeu stadium is six stops away, and it is eight stops to Plaza de Castilla.

Our offices are ideal for audiovisual work. We have a 100-Mbs fibre optic link, so we can quickly send and receive HD video files by FTP as well as connect to teleports (Overon, TSA, Gloway …) for satellite uploads and downloads.

We also have expertise in video streaming, so we can broadcast live events on the internet for publishing on any online platform.

We have a small chroma key studio with cold light illumination, teleprompter and up to three HD or DSLR cameras, which can be used for recorded or live broadcasts.

There is enough open space to host correspondents and journalists who want to work with us. You can contact REPORTATE to visit our offices and discuss options anytime. Whether you are looking for a permanent work place or temporary facilities for covering a specific news event over a period of a day or several weeks, we can help.

Technicians are available to help in recording, editing and transmitting your work as well as producers and fixers as needed.

TNM_logo_noTAG_2560We also partner with TheNewsMarket; a Definition 6 Company. Their content distribution platform,, boasts an engaged community of over 118,000 contacts across worldwide media. Your copyright-free video, images and audio will be provided for free use across global broadcasters, television, radio, websites, blogs and social media channels.

In our Media Center we also have a rack format or intake conversion system for Digital Betacam, SP or HDCAM.

A kitchen with fridge, microwave and coffee machine is also available.

The space is accessible 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
